Walks take place between 10am–3pm (midday route window)
Exact times are not guaranteed but we do our best to honor timing needs

Walks occur in most weather; in extreme conditions visits may be adjusted for safety
We walk one household at a time — your dog is never grouped with unfamiliar dogs.

Two dogs from the same household can be walked together at no extra charge when safe
We maintain professional safety boundaries and may not accept dogs who present a bite risk or handling safety concerns. If leash skills need improvement, we can discuss training support options.
We do not use aversive equipment (prong, choke, shock/e-collars) or retractable leashes due to injury risk.
